Our Solution We implemented the 12-year American WeatherStar Ure-A-Sil system, known for its exceptional performance and durability. This system includes a urethane base coat, which offers excellent adhesion and flexibility—key for the movements typical in silo structures. Preparation and Base Coat Application: Our skilled team prepared the surfaces and applied the urethane base coat, creating a robust foundation while sealing all seams to prevent leaks. Top Coat Application: Following the base coat, we applied a top coat of silicone, enhancing the roof’s waterproofing capabilities and providing an additional layer of protection against environmental factors. The Result Thanks to the premium products from American WeatherStar, we successfully sealed the roofs of the silos. This effective roofing solution ensures that Royal Canin’s silos remain watertight for years, safeguarding their grain and allowing for uninterrupted production.
